He is very informative and professional felt very comfortable with everything that has gone on with this process. I’m always greeted with a smile and a “how are you doing?” They explain what is going on in clear layman’s terms and what they recommend to take care of your problem. They then explain alternative treatments and let you make the decision what you would like done. They make no judgements of you rather they listen and offer suggestions. Please read all the way through. Getting used to the appliance was a little bit of a challenge for me. Some tenderness and just getting into the routine of wearing my appliance. Now that I am used to my appliance I absolutely love it. I feel rested when I wake up, I don’t wake up numerous times throughout the night, overall just feel more energized. I personally want to thank Dr Bach and his assistant Michelle for encouraging me to wear the appliance and for giving me a better night sleep over and over again. Thank you!
